Compliant Aero
Compliant Aero supplies professional unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), components, and electronics intended for secure, restricted, and regulated operational environments, including government, defense, public safety, and institutional use.
Due to the mission-critical nature of these systems and supply chain control requirements, the following commercial terms apply.
1. Final Sale Policy
All products are final upon shipment.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
Purchasing entities are responsible for validating specifications, compatibility, and mission suitability prior to order placement.
2. As-Is Commercial Sale
All products are sold on an as-is basis.
Compliant Aero provides no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Operational performance depends on integration, configuration, firmware setup, voltage management, environmental factors, and operator competency.
3. Risk of Loss & Transit Responsibility
Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery of goods to the shipping carrier (FOB Origin).
Transit damage, delay, or loss is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and/or the purchaser.
Shipments may be insured through the carrier at the purchaser’s request. If insurance is declined, the purchaser assumes full transit risk.
In the event of transit damage:

Notification must be made to the carrier on the same calendar day as delivery.

All packaging must be retained for inspection.

Compliant Aero will provide reasonable documentation to support a carrier claim upon request.
Compliant Aero does not assume liability for carrier-related damage, delay, or loss once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
4. Configuration & Integration Responsibility
Purchasing entities assume responsibility for:

System integration

Voltage compatibility
-
Firmware configuration
-
Airworthiness determinations
-
Regulatory compliance
-
Mission authorization
Compliant Aero assumes no liability for integration errors, misuse, crash damage, third-party component interaction, or operational incidents.
5. Government & Institutional Procurement
For government, defense, public safety, or institutional buyers:

Written purchase agreements supersede these terms where applicable.

Custom compliance builds and restricted-environment configurations are non-cancellable once production begins.

Acceptance inspection requirements must be agreed upon in writing prior to shipment.
Compliance determinations remain the responsibility of the purchasing authority.
6. Dispute Resolution
Purchasers are expected to contact Compliant Aero directly to resolve concerns prior to initiating payment disputes.
